TIVOLI Entrance - poster

When the architect and Director Knud Arne Petersen walked through the entrance to Tivoli in 1899, he did not come back out again for another forty years. Well, he probably did go in and out from time to time, but he is the longest serving director and has left a clear imprint on Tivoli. He was the man behind Nimb, the Japanese Tower and the beautiful Moorish lamps that guide us home at midnight, when we leave, heads spinning with magic and wonder.

This poster is drawn with license from Tivoli.
