All our products are designed by Dorthe Mathiesen, who started the company in 2013.

When Dorthe creates posters, she focuses on colors that offer a balanced expression, providing a sense of calm and harmony in your home.
We aim to evoke memories and emotions with our products, and many of our designs are inspired by everyday experiences.
It’s up to you to connect feelings, thoughts, and memories to our designs. Perhaps they remind you of long summers and happy childhood dreams, or maybe you see reflections of your present and future.

Many of our illustrations are inspired by our beautiful nature.
It is in our encounter with nature that we relax the most and recharge our batteries.

We aim to offer an offline oasis for you to retreat, pause, reflect and drift off. We believe it helps us bring balance to our life to take time for things that have no practical purpose.
Our puzzles and games all spring from this mindset. They can help you create a space for family time, shared moments and sheer enjoyment.
Doing a jigsaw puzzle is a good way to train you focus and patience, and it is a great way to spend time with others. You can have a nice long chat as you assemble a puzzle, piece by piece.
And the feeling you get when you add the final piece is just amazing! Simple pleasures can often be the source of life’s finest moments.
When Dorthe designs puzzles, she focuses on finding the perfect balance in difficulty. There need to be many details that are only discovered as the puzzle is assembled, along with areas of solid color to ensure it’s not too easy.
Here’s how Dorthe draws
Dorthe uses a computer program called Illustrator for her drawings. All designs are composed of individual elements. For example, when Dorthe draws a strawberry, it consists of:

Several hundred elements
Each design consists of hundreds of elements and lines, and Dorthe draws each one.
There are many hours of work and thought behind every single product.
It is very important to her that all our products tell a story, allowing you to connect with the designs.
