1. The whole family can join. Both large and small. At our house, our daughters and friends sit completely concentrated and spend hours doing puzzles - and they are teenagers 😉!
2. You practice your concentration and patience. Something we may benefit from today, where tablets and televisions often swallow large parts of our attention.
3. It is pure brain gymnastics, as you train your brain to remember and think strategically.
4. It's a great way to be with others and you practice teamwork. You can talk about a lot of small and big things while you sit and place the pieces.
5. You train your fine motor skills - something that children and the elderly in particular benefit from.
