Along the way, we notice the little things - the sunlight filtering through the trees, the changing seasons, the scent of rain, or the gentle crunch of gravel beneath our feet. There is nowhere we need to be. We can simply enjoy being exactly where we are.

Our cheeks turn rosy, our lungs fill with fresh air, and our energy quietly returns. Whenever I come home from a walk, I always feel a little lighter, a little happier, and a little more like myself.
