What a splendid idea to have a lift from Slussen to the top of the Södermalm hill.
When the lift opened to the public in 1883 you could go up for 5 öre and down for 3.
And, that is really not expensive for avoiding the steep climb uphill.
Regretfully, it has been closed periodically and then you had to walk. But arriving on top you are always rewarded with a fine view - totally worth the effort.
Our posters are printed in Denmark on Swedish eco-friendly paper, 170 g Arctic Silk. A5 cards are printed on 350g Profisilk with a matt water-based lacquer.
