The amount is not charged to your card or account until the items are ready to be delivered.
We do not charge a fee for payments with Dankort, Visa, Visa Dankort and Visa Electron. If you use international cards, we charge a 1.5% fee for cards issued in Denmark and 3.75% for cards issued outside Denmark.

GUARANTEE AND RIGHT TO CANCELLATION
You have two years’ guarantee, which means that if the item you purchased has any flaws or differs from the description at the time of purchase, you can file a complaint with us.
While European consumer regulations give you a 14-day ‘cooling off’ period, where you are entitled to cancel and return your order, we choose to give you a 30-day ‘cooling off’ period. This also includes gift certificates.
If you wish to return the order for a replacement or refund, you have to return the item in a state where it appears as new when we receive it, so that we can sell it to someone else. If the item appears used or damaged, you are required to pay for any loss in value. We assess any loss of value.
