If you wish to cancel your purchase, here is what you can do:

  1. Print and fill out our return slip and enclose it with the returned item or items. You can find the return slip here.
    2. Return the item no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to regret your purchase. You have 30 days from receiving your order to inform us of your return.
    3. If you return your entire order, we will refund the original delivery cost. Please contact us at shop@vissevasse.dk for a returnlabel. If you only return part of your order, we will not refund the shipping cost.

The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s regulations regarding defects applies to the purchase of goods.
You have two years’ warranty, which means that if the item you purchased has any flaws or differs from the description at the time of purchase, you can file a complaint with us.
This means that you can get either the product repaired, exchanged, receive your money back, or have a reduction of the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not due to an incorrect use of the product or other tortious behaviour.
You must notify us within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the product. If you notify us within two months after the defect has been found, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will defray the shipping costs. Contact shop@vissevasse.dk for a return label. The product must be sent back in proper packaging.

You have 30 days right of withdrawal, when you shop on vissevasse.com.
The right of withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you;

  1. have received your product
  2. receive the final product in physical possession, when it is an agreement regarding several different products, which have been ordered in one order, and which are delivered individually
  3. receive the last lot or the last part in physical possession, when it is an agreement on delivery of a product, which consists of several lots or parts

You must within 30 days of the receipt notify us if you want to withdraw your purchase. The announcement must be made through shop@vissevasse.dk. In your message you must make it clear that you want to use your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our model withdrawal form and return this to us. You can find it here
You cannot regret just by denying receipt of the product without informing us at the same time.
If you wish to return the order for a replacement or refund, you have to return the item in a state where it appears as new when we receive it, so that we can sell it to someone else. If the item appears used or damaged, you are required to pay for any loss in value. We assess any loss of value.

Withdrawal of a part of an order
If you buy more than one item on our webshop, you can withdraw one or more items, even though they are bought and send as one order. 
Note that you will not get the delivery cost refunded, if you withdraw a part of an order.

You must send your order back to us no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to regret your purchase. At returning you are responsible for the product being wrapped securely. You bear the risk of the product from the time of delivery of the product. 

The condition of the product when you return it
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can test the product in the same way as if you tested it in a physical store.
If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you when withdrawing from the contract can only get part of, or none of, the price reimbursed, depending on the commercial value of the product.
To receive the full price you must therefore do the same, as you will do in a physical store. You can test the product but you cannot start using the product.

If you withdraw from the contract, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a diminished value for which you are responsible, this is deducted from the price.
If you are using your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will make the reimbursement to the same means of payment, which you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to something else.
We can withhold reimbursement, until we have received the goods, unless you provide us with documentation of having returned the products.
Note: We do not receive packets sent cash on delivery.

We ask for your name and email when you sign up for our newsletter. These information are safe with us and will not be shared.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us on vissevasse.com, we need the following information: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
We carry out registration of your personal data with the purpose to be able to delivery the product to you.
The data is registered at Vissevasse ApS and will be kept for a period of five years, after which the information will be deleted.

Information provided to vissevasse.com is in no way passed on or sold to third parties, and we register no sensitive personal data.
As registered with Vissevasse ApS you always have the right to object to the registration. You will also have the right to get access to the information that has been registered about you. You have these rights due to the data protection regulation.
