RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Christmas presents can be exchanged until the 31st of January 2024.
You have 30 days right of withdrawal, when you shop on vissevasse.com. The right of withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you have received your order.
If you wish to withdraw your purchase, here is what to do:
1. Inform us that you want to withdraw your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Print and fill out our return slip and enclose it with the returned item or items. You can find the return slip here. The returnslip is also enclosed in the package you received.
3. Return the item no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to regret your purchase. You have 30 days from receiving your order to inform us of your return.
4. If you return your entire order, we will defray the original delivery cost - however only if you use the returnlabel we provide. Please contact us at email@example.com for a returnlabel. If you only return part of your order, we will not refund the shipping cost.

You have two years’ warranty, which means that if the item you purchased has any flaws or differs from the description at the time of purchase, you can file a complaint with us.
This means that you can get either the product repaired, exchanged, receive your money back, or have a reduction of the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not due to an incorrect use of the product or other tortious behaviour.
You must notify us within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the product. If you notify us within two months after the defect has been found, the complaint will always be timely.
