GUARANTEE AND RIGHT TO CANCELLATION
You have two years’ guarantee, which means that if the item you purchased has any flaws or differs from the description at the time of purchase, you can file a complaint with us.
While European consumer regulations give you a 14-day ‘cooling off’ period, where you are entitled to cancel and return your order, we choose to give you a 30-day ‘cooling off’ period. This also includes gift certificates.
If you wish to return the order for a replacement or refund, you have to return the item in a state where it appears as new when we receive it, so that we can sell it to someone else. If the item appears used or damaged, you are required to pay for any loss in value. We assess any loss of value.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, here is what you need to do:
1. Print and fill out our return slip and enclose it with the returned item or items. You can find the return slip here.
2. Return the item no later than 30 days from the day when you received your order.
3. Return the item in the same state and packaging as when you received it.
4. If you return your entire order, we will refund the original delivery cost.
5. If you only return part of your order, we will not refund the original cost.

If an unclaimed parcel is returned to ViSSEVASSE we will require you to pay the delivery costs and handling fee again before we send the order again.
